Our Democratic slate is a diverse and experienced team that is ready to work for you.  All have been endorsed by the Putnam Valley Democratic Committee (at the Town level) or the Putnam County Democratic Committee.

Louie Luongo — Putnam Valley Town Board
Louie Luongo is well known in Putnam Valley and Putnam County, having served 28 years as a volunteer for the Putnam Valley Volunteer Fire Department and 25 years as a member of the Putnam Valley Volunteer Ambulance Corps. In addition, Louie currently volunteers with the Putnam County Emergency Services specializing in radio communications. Louie plans to focus on helping our town develop a common goal of making our community the best it can be.

Sean Patrick Maloney — 18th Congressional District
Sean Patrick Maloney has experience at all levels of government and was a key advisor to President Bill Clinton at the White House. Maloney was part of the team that created millions of jobs, ran a budget surplus, and protected Medicare by asking wealthier Americans to pay their fair share. As a private attorney, he has settled tenant disputes and supported marriage equality in New York.

Terry Gipson — New York State Senate
Terry Gipson currently serves as a trustee on the Rhinebeck Village Board. With his wife, Michelle, he is active in the local historical society, farmers market, chamber of commerce and the Morton Memorial Library. For 20 years, Terry has developed creative solutions for complex problems, consistently delivering for a wide variety of businesses and brands.

Andrew Falk — New York State Assembly, 94th District
Andrew is an attorney and has been practicing law for 17 years. Andrew decided to run for office because he feels the needs of the middle class are not being met. Andrew is concerned that our elected officials have not been responsive to the challenges of this difficult economy and he worries that the middle class cannot thrive and grow unless they are a priority in Albany.

Steve Rosario — Putnam County Legislature
Steve is a 23-year resident of Philipstown, has spent 21 years working in the private sector, and has 16 years of experience in government and almost 20 years of nonprofit experience. He will represent the western side of Putnam Valley—PV District 8 and County Legislature District #1.
